The legal landscape is changing! We help you get your head around the new Healthy Homes Standards and ensure your property is compliant.
Property marketing
We take photos of your property and create listings on several websites to maximise the chances of finding great tenants.
Finding tenants
We will make sure to find the right tenants for you through a series of thorough checks and face to face interviews.
Contracts
We put together airtight tenancy agreements to ensure that your asset is protected in line with the Residential Tenancies Act.
Rent collection
We stay on top of your rent payments thanks to reliable software and systems. If any rent is missed, we'll chase it up for you!
Inspections
We conduct inspections every three months to ensure your property is well looked after and send you a comprehensive report.
Maintenance
We organise maintenance on time to ensure that your property does not deteriorate and that your tenants enjoy full use of their home.
Legal support
If for any reason, your rental needs to go through a tenancy tribunal hearing, we will provide you with the necessary support and representation.
Client portal
We give you access to an online client portal. This allows you to find all the documents and info regarding your rental in one place.

Things to know & extras
Spread your Wings package
All day-to-day property management tasks are included with our non-inclusive 9% + GST “Spread your Wings” package but we’ll charge one week’s rent + $150 admin fee when tenanting or re-tenanting your property to cover the costs of property marketing, tenant selection and exit/entry inspections.
Project management
If you need help making your renovations dreams come true, our team is here for you! We’ll help you get that new bathroom or kitchen in, add a new driveway or organise a full house repaint by getting quotes and organising the work with our trusted suppliers. This service however is not included in our management packages so count $60/h.
Tenanting only
If you want help finding tenants but don’t want to pay for the ongoing cost of all year round property management, this option is for you! We’ll charge $150 admin fee + one week’s rent to market your property and find you awesome tenants. This includes photos, property marketing, tenant checks & selection, tenancy agreement.
